The Rehearsal Space (live room at Off The T-Can Studios), established in 2008, started as a place for my band and friends to jam and hone our skills. Over the years, it has transformed into a venue that has hosted numerous bands, from the Arkells to local punk rockers, and even 16-piece Latin Grammy winners.

This is a private, boutique space, equipped with high-quality gear designed to accommodate VIP and touring acts. The studio offers everything you need for rehearsals, including a drum kit, amplifiers and a PA system. While clients are welcome to bring their own gear, please note that bands are expected to bring instruments, cables, cymbals, and snare.

Additionally, we offer live off-the-floor recording of your rehearsal for an extra fee.
